|Ribeye steak on the bone||4 pcs.|
|TM "Pripravka" Exclusive Professional Natural seasoning for grill and barbecue||1 tablespoon|
|TM "Pripravka" Exclusive Professional rosemary||1 tablespoon|
|TM "Pripravka" Himalayan pink salt||1 tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 tablespoon|
Sprinkle the meat with salt, rosemary and spices, add olive oil. Rub the meat thoroughly with oil and spices.
Add fresh thyme and rosemary, if desired.
Leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes.
Fold the meat into a roasting sleeve and send to the oven preheated to 150 degrees for 2 hours. Then lower the temperature to 120 degrees and cook for another 2 hours. Remove from oven. Let the meat cool slightly before serving.
