GENTLE FISH WITH LEMON JUICE AND ITALIAN HERBS

Prepare the fish for marinating. Prepare the marinade by thoroughly mixing the natural seasoning with 1 tablespoon flour or starch and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Then rub the fish with the resulting mixture and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Remove the baking bag from the top compartment of the packaging. Unfold the bag and save the clip for later use.
Gently fold the seasoned fish into a roasting bag. Place the clip firmly on the bag.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the bag on a baking sheet and poke the 3 holes in the top of the bag. Bake the ribs on a medium oven rack for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet with the bag from the oven, carefully open it and transfer the fish to a plate.
