Chicken fillets | 3 pcs. |
White onion | 1 pcs. |
Garlic | 1 pcs. |
Tomatoes | 400 g |
Tomato paste | 2 tablespoon |
Sweet peppers | 2 pcs. |
Olive oil | 2 tablespoon |
Dry white wine | 100 ml |
TM "Pripravka" Exclusive Professional basil | 1 tsp. |
TM "Pripravka" Exclusive Professional rosemary | 1 tsp. |
Pasta | 400 g |
TM "Pripravka" Himalayan pink salt | 3 g |
TM "Pripravka" ground black pepper | 5 g |
Recipe:
Peel the onion and garlic, chop. Chop the fillet with a knife until the state of large minced meat. Bake the peppers in the oven, peel them of stalks, seeds and peels, chop finely. Heat oil in a large pan, add onion and garlic and cook until the onions change colour. Add fillets and cook together for 5 minutes. Pour in the wine. Cook until the alcohol smell disappears. Add tomato paste, tomato pulp, bell peppers, basil and rosemary, simmer, salt, reduce heat to low and cook for 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the pasta, put it in the saucepan, stir and serve immediately.
