RECIPE WITH PRIPRAVKA
RIBS IN TEXAS BARBECUE SAUCE WITH SMOKED PAPRIKA AND GARLIC
|Pork ribs||500 g|
|Skillet sauce TM "Pripravka" Texas BBQ sauce with smoked paprika and garlic||1 pack|
|Vegetable oil||3 tablespoon|
|• Potatoes or other vegetables||500 g|
- Rinse the ribs and dry with a paper towel. Cut between the ribs into pieces.
- Heat a grill pan over high heat, add oil and heat it well, lay out the ribs. Try to make them lie in one layer. First, let the meat brown on one side and then turn over on the other. Fry for 13 minutes, you can increase the cooking time, if you like more fried meat. Turn over periodically. Do not cover the pan with a lid during cooking.
- While the ribs are frying, prepare the side dish. Ribs in Texas barbecue sauce with smoked paprika and garlic will taste good with potatoes or other vegetables.
- Reduce the heat and add a pack of sauce, mix thoroughly. Stew over low heat for 2 minutes.
