PIE WITH BACON AND MOZZARELLA
|Mozzarella cheese||300 g|
|Bunch basil||1 pcs.|
|Puff pastry||250 g|
|TM "Pripravka" Herbes de Provance, Exclusive Professional natural seasoning||1 tablespoon|
Roll out the dough and place on the bottom of the mould, making small sides.
Cut the bacon into slices and layout one after the other in a dense layer. Chop the basil and cover it tightly as well. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Put the basil first with the tomatoes on top and then add the mozzarella. Sprinkle with Provencal herbs on top.
Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Check, if the dough is baked. Let the cake cool slightly and serve.
