CHICKEN ROLL WITH DRIED FRUIT
|Chicken fillet||350 g|
|Grated nutmeg||5 g|
Pour boiling water over dried fruits. Let them stand, then rinse with cold water. Chop coarsely.
Wash the chicken fillet, cut off the excess fat. Cut into 1.5 x 1.5 cm pieces. Season with salt and pepper, add grated nutmeg. Mix well and let sit for about an hour. Then cut the smoked bacon or bacon into cubes. Combine fillets, dried fruit, and bacon. Heat the butter.
Put the minced meat on a layer of foil and form a sausage, pour with butter and wrap in foil in the form of a candy.
Place on an extra layer of foil (seam up) and a baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Unroll the foil, drain the juice and refrigerate overnight.
Cut the chilled roll into pieces and serve cold.
