RECIPE WITH PRIPRAVKA
BANANA AND CRANBERRY SMOOTHIE WITH OAT FLAKES AND FLAX SEEDS
|Dried cranberries||55 g|
|TM "Pripravka" Exclusive Professional flax||1 tablespoon|
|Oat flakes||2 tablespoon|
Peel the banana, cut into small pieces and place in a blender. Add dried cranberries, flax seeds, oatmeal and honey to the bananas. Pour with kefir and grind until smooth. Serve the smoothies chilled.
