YOU NEED:
| Butter | 100 g |
| TM "Pripravka" Sugar & Spices with ginger | 100 g |
| TM "Pripravka" baking powder double-acting dough with tartar | 1 pack |
| Egg | 1 pcs. |
| Flour | 400 g |
Recipe:
Grind sugar and butter until smooth, add honey to it and mix it thoroughly.
Then stir in the egg and add the baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.
Roll out the dough (thick layer for soft biscuits, thin layer for crispy biscuits).
Squeeze out the cookies with a glass.
Bake for 6-9 minutes at 180 °C.
