Teriyaki sauce with ginger and sesame

Beef Teriyaki with Vegetables

YOU NEED:
Beef | 300 g |
Vegetables (Bulgarian pepper, broccoli, asparagus beans) | 200 g |
Skillet sauce TM "Pripravka" teriyaki with sesame and ginger | 1 pack |
Vegetable oil | 3 tablespoon |
Buckwheat noodles | 1 pack |
Recipe:
- Cut the meat into oblong cubes, divide the broccoli into small inflorescences, cut the pepper into long pieces, divide the asparagus pods in half.
- Heat a frying pan well over high heat, add oil and heat it well, put chicken fillet. Try to keep the meat in one layer. First, let the meat brown on one side and then turn over on the other. Fry for 5 minutes. The water must evaporate. Add vegetables, fry for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not cover the meat in the pan with a lid during cooking.
- While the meat is frying, prepare the side dish. Beef teriyaki with vegetables will taste good with buckwheat noodles.
- Reduce heat and add a pack of sauce. Thoroughly mix the meat with the vegetables. Stew over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
