Pork with Apples in Pepper and Caramel Sauce

YOU NEED:
Pork chops on the bone | 500 g |
Skillet sauce TM "Pripravka" black pepper and caramel | 1 pack |
Sour apple | 1 pcs. |
Small onion | 1 pcs. |
Vegetable oil | 3 tablespoon |
Polenta | 150 g |
Recipe:
1. Cut the apple into medium slices, onion into half rings. Cut the meat into 4 chops, if necessary.
2. Heat a frying pan well over high heat, add oil and heat it well, put chicken fillet. Turn over the meat periodically. Fry for 5 minutes. The water must evaporate. Add apple and onion, fry for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not cover the meat in the pan with a lid during cooking.
3. While the meat is frying, prepare the side dish. Pork with apples in pepper and caramel sauce will taste good with polenta.
4. Reduce heat and add a pack of sauce. Mix the vegetables thoroughly. Stew over low heat for 2 minutes.
