CHICKEN CURRY WITH KAFIR-LIME

YOU NEED:
Chicken fillet | 500 g |
Skillet sauce TM "Pripravka" curry sauce with coconut milk and kaffir-lime | 1 pack |
Vegetable oil | 3 tablespoon |
Rice | 200 g |
Recipe:
- Cut the meat into pieces of 1.5x1.5 mm.
- Heat a frying pan well over high heat, add oil and heat it well, put chicken fillet. Try to keep the meat in one layer. First, let the meat brown on one side and then turn over on the other. Fry for 8-12 minutes. The water must evaporate. Stir periodically. Do not cover the meat in the pan with a lid during cooking.
- While the meat is frying, prepare the side dish. Curry chicken with kaffir lime will taste good with rice.
- Reduce the heat and add the sauce, mix the meat and pepper thoroughly. Stew over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Supper is ready. Serve with garnish to the table.
