"Exclusive Professional" Natural seasoning for meat without salt 50g

YOU NEED:
Beef pulp | 1 kg |
Salt | 2 tsp. |
Large tomatoes | 3 pcs. |
Bulb onions | 2 pcs. |
Zucchini | 1 pcs. |
Couscous | 2 glass. |
Vegetable oil | 3 tablespoon |
TM "Pripravka" Exclusive Professional natural seasoning for meat | 1 tablespoon |
Water | 2 glass. |
Sweet peppers | 2 pcs. |
Tomato juice | 1 glass. |
Recipe:
Wash, dry and cut the beef into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the pieces of beef in small portions until golden brown, transfer them to another dish.
Peel the onions and chop them finely. Remove the skin from the tomato and cut into cubes. Place the onion in the pan where the meat was fried and cook for 10 minutes. Return the meat to the pan with the remaining juice. Add tomatoes, tomato juice, 1 tsp. salt, and seasoning for meat. Stew covered over low heat for 30 minutes.
Peel and dice the carrots and zucchini. Cut sweet peppers in half, remove seeds and also cut into cubes.
Add carrots and pepper to the pan with the meat. Stir and cook, covered, for 20 minutes. Add the courgette and cook for another 15 minutes.
Boil water. Add butter and remaining salt. Add couscous, cover, let it brew for 5 minutes. Place the couscous on a serving dish. Put beef and vegetables on top.
